Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, which ones PayOffway (payoffway.com, the “Site”) uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy and our Legal Disclaimer and Terms of Use.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your browser or device when you visit. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, such as your cookie choices, and give the site owner and advertising partners information about how the site is used.

Cookies can be “first-party,” meaning they are set by the Site itself, or “third-party,” meaning they are set by another company, such as Google. They can last only for your visit (“session” cookies) or stay on your device for longer (“persistent” cookies).

We also use the word “cookies” in this policy to refer to similar technologies, such as pixels, web beacons and local storage, that work in a similar way.

Who is responsible

The Site is operated by Alejandro Jimenez (Spanish tax ID: NIF 20227988V), Calle Almería, 8, 14546 Santaella (Córdoba), Spain. You can contact us at payoffway@gmail.com.

The cookies we use

The Site uses three types of cookies.

1. Essential cookies

The durations for the Google cookies come from Google’s own descriptions, and they can change. Google may also set other cookies that aren’t listed here. For more detail, see Google’s pages on how Google uses cookies and its advertising and measurement cookies.

The cookies listed above are the ones we expect to see. The exact cookies on your device can vary depending on your choices, your location and updates by the companies involved. Your browser settings show the cookies currently stored.

Your consent and your choices

When we ask for consent. Where the law requires it, including for visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we use cookies other than essential ones only after you agree. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept, refuse or choose categories. In regions where consent isn’t required, we still give you the option to opt out.

Changing your mind. You can change your choices at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer of the Site. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect what was done before you withdrew it.

Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. You can find instructions in the help section of your browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

Advertising choices. You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google at Google’s Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices.

Analytics choices. You can refuse analytics cookies in our banner, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Please note that if you opt out of personalized ads, you’ll still see ads on the Site, but they may be less relevant to you.

Third-party cookies

Third parties, including Google, may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons or IP addresses, to collect information as a result of ad serving and analytics on the Site. We don’t control these cookies. Their use is governed by the privacy policies of those companies. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Do we sell your data?

We don’t sell your personal information in exchange for money. As our Privacy Policy explains, advertising cookies can involve sharing identifiers with advertising partners, and some US state laws may treat that as “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” You can opt out using the choices above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when we change the cookies we use or when the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If we make important changes, we’ll tell you through the Site, and we may ask for your consent again.
